Irene Southern: MA TESOL and Education Technology from Manchester University, B.A. Hons in Social History from Lancaster University, Post Graduate Certificate in Education from St Martin's College, Lancaster, CTEFLA from International House, London.

Irene worked in a variety of companies in the field of technology as systems analyst, computer support, data protection co-ordinator and computer auditor. She began teaching in 1994 and after spells in Greece and Poland came to Hungary where she taught for Linguarama, becoming Assistant Director of Studies before its closure in 2000. She joined our parent company, Corporate Communications, in 2001 and has been working in a variety of roles as teacher, coach and soft skills trainer. She is responsible for all the bespoke lesson programming and materials development for specialist and intensive courses.
